Cancellation / Refund / Return Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Customers are requested to carefully review their order details, including product selection, size, quantity, shipping address, and contact information before completing the purchase.
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched for shipment.
- Once an order has been confirmed, packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted.
- Suvasti Fashion reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Payment authorization failure
- Operational or technical issues
In such cases, any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
2. Return Eligibility
As we deal in fashion and apparel products, returns are accepted only in limited circumstances.
Returns may be considered only if:
- The product received is damaged during transit;
- The wrong product has been delivered;
- The product received is materially different from the confirmed order.
Return requests will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind;
- Personal preference;
- Size/fit issues (unless explicitly covered by a separate exchange policy);
- Minor color variations due to screen/display differences;
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, washing, or customer negligence;
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, the customer must contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
The return request must include:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Contact details
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue or damage
- Brief description of the problem
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is approved:
- In cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or seller-error products, Suvasti Fashion may choose to arrange pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, at its discretion.
- If the return request does not arise from seller error, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- If the claim is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take approximately 7–10 business days, depending on banking/payment provider timelines.
- Original shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, or non-refundable payment processing fees may be excluded unless required by applicable law.
Refund approval remains subject to inspection and verification.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in cases including but not limited to:
- False or unverifiable damage claims
- Products returned in used, altered, washed, or damaged condition
- Missing original packaging/tags/accessories
- Requests submitted after the return eligibility window
- Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason
7. Exchange Policy
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, we do not guarantee product exchanges.
Any exchange requests, if accepted, shall be handled at the sole discretion of Suvasti Fashion based on stock availability and operational feasibility.
8. Refund Delays
If you have not received your approved refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check with your bank/payment provider first;
- Contact your card issuer/payment gateway;
- Reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
Processing delays by financial institutions are outside our direct control.
