Cancellation/Refund Policy

  1. Order Cancellation: Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

  2. Refund Policy: If you receive a damaged product, you may request a return by sending the item back to us. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the damaged product. You will need to provide proof of damage, and return shipping costs must be covered by you.

  4. Refund After Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding any original shipping fees.
